1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Garuda4D platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Garuda4D reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes made.

Continued use of this platform following any amendments constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Eligibility

Garuda4D services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority under applicable local law, whichever is higher.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register of any responsible gaming programme.
• Not a resident or citizen of any region where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Register using truthful, accurate, and complete personal information.

Garuda4D reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts found to not meet the eligibility requirements will be terminated, and balances associated with ineligible activity may be forfeited.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at Garuda4D. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or banking details — are prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your account password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Ensure all personal information in your account is kept up to date and accurate at all times.
• Report to our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• All activity occurring through your account, whether carried out by you or any other party.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Any funds obtained through suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering will be held pending the completion of an investigation.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

All bonuses and promotions offered by Garuda4D are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each offer. Members are required to fulfil all applicable wagering requirements before bonus wins can be withdrawn.

• The welcome bonus is eligible for one-time use only per new member.
• Bonuses may not be used on games excluded from the eligible bonus game list.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including multiple registrations, hedging bets, or manipulation — will result in bonus cancellation and account termination.
• The validity period of each bonus is stated in its respective promotional terms. Expired bonuses will not be renewed.
• Garuda4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The maximum bonus amount convertible to cash is subject to the limit stated in each promotion.

6 Game Rules & Result Accuracy

All games offered at Garuda4D use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by independent international certification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be influenced by anyone, including Garuda4D itself.

In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on a player's screen and the server records, the records stored on Garuda4D's servers shall be deemed final and definitive. Should any technical disruption or system failure occur during a gaming session, Garuda4D will take the action deemed most reasonable to resolve the situation fairly for all parties involved.

• Wins from games will be automatically credited to your account balance.
• Any wins resulting from a technical error or inaccurate display are void and subject to cancellation.

7 Prohibited Activities

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party technology to play or interact with the platform.
• Bonus fraud in any form, including multiple account registrations or account sharing.
• Money laundering or any suspected illegal financial activity conducted through the Garuda4D platform.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems, servers, or security.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party under any circumstances.
• Spreading false or misleading information about Garuda4D to external parties.
• Disrupting other members' gaming experience in any way.

8 Account Termination & Suspension

Garuda4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of relevant authorities.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Garuda4D support team. Before the account is closed, all active bonus-related conditions must be fulfilled first.

• Any remaining balance in an account closed at the member's request will be processed for withdrawal after a final review is completed.
• Accounts terminated due to fraud or terms violations are not eligible for any remaining balance payout.
• Members whose accounts have been terminated are not permitted to register a new account without written consent from Garuda4D management.

9 Liability Limits

Garuda4D provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted performance of the platform at all times. Technical disruptions, system maintenance, and circumstances beyond our control may affect service availability from time to time.

Garuda4D shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by members arising from use of the platform, including loss of anticipated wins due to technical failure.

• Garuda4D's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made within the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Garuda4D is not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be applicable to your winnings under your local laws.

10 Terms and Conditions Amendment

Garuda4D reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Members will be notified of any significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email.

The "Updated" date displayed at the top of this document will always reflect the latest version of the terms currently in effect. It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically.
